Inspiration of God’s Word
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word Of God. It gives a true history of the creation of the heavens, the earth, and of mankind. It contains the correct prophecy of the ages to come regarding the heavens and the earth, and the destiny of man. Furthermore, there is no salvation outside of that which is contained within its pages. We Believe in the One True and Living God There is only ONE GOD: the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and of all mankind. This One God, the I AM, is revealed to mankind as FATHER, SON (1 Jn.5:20), and HOLY GHOST (Rom. 8:11). God is a Spirit (John 4:24), the Eternal One, the Creator of all things, and of all men. Thus making Him their Father (through creation) (Malachi 2:10). The LORD is the FIRST and the LAST, and beside Him there is no God (Isa. 44:6). There was no GOD FORMED before him, neither shall there be after Him (Isa. 43:10).
We Believe Jesus Christ is the One True God
Jesus is the SON of God according to the flesh (Rom. l:3). Jesus is the very God Himself according to the Spirit (Matt. 1:18-23). Jesus is the Christ (Matt. 16:16). Jesus is the Creator of all things (Col. 1:16, 17; Jn.1:10; Isa.40:28). Jesus is God with us (Matt. 1:23). Jesus is God made flesh (John 1:1-14). Jesus is God manifested in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16). Jesus is He which was, which is, and which is to come, THE ALMIGHTY (Rev. 1:8; Isa. 9:6). To this, Jesus Himself testified when He said: "He that hath seen me hath seen the Father" (John 14:7-11).
We Believe in the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Since it took shedding of blood for the remission (forgiveness) of the sins of the world (Heb. 9:22), God as the Father, being a Spirit, had no blood to shed; so He prepared a body of flesh and blood (Heb. 10:5), that He might fulfill the prophecy of Isa.43:11, "Beside ME there is no SAVIOUR". Thus, when Jesus was born into the world, he was Jehovah our Saviour (that is the meaning of the name Jesus), the one God of the universe, the Lord God Almighty, born as a man. This caused the angels to sing, "For there is born this day in the city of David, a SAVIOUR, which is CHRIST THE LORD" (Luke 2:11).
God's Standard of Salvation
All are commanded to Repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (evidenced by the speaking in other tongues). We earnestly contend for God's standard of Salvation. In the Word of God, we can find nothing short of a Holy, Spirit-filled life with signs following as on the day of Pentecost (Mark 16:16-17; Acts 2:4, 8:14-17, 9:17-18, 10:44-48, 19:1-6; Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 12:14; Matthew 5:48; 1 Peter 1:15-16).
Repentance and Remission of Sins
The only grounds upon which God will accept a sinner is repentance from the heart for the sins that he has committed. A broken and a contrite heart, He will not despise (Psalms 51:17). John preached repentance and remission of sins be preached in His name, beginning at Jerusalem (Luke 24:47). Peter fulfilled this command on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2:38).
Wholly Sanctified Life
We believe that in order to escape the judgment of God and to have the hope of enjoying the glory of life eternal, one must be thoroughly saved from his sins, wholly sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. And that a wholly sanctified life is the only true standard of Christian life (Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15-17).
The Godhead
We fully believe in the mystery of the Godhead. We believe that Jesus was both human and divine, and further, that the Godhead be understood to mean all of the fullness of God (Colossians 1:19, 2:9). We believe that Jesus was Mary's son and Mary's God, Creator and creature, God manifest in the flesh; that the flesh of Jesus was the same as ours with the exception that it had no sin; that Jesus was the Eternal Father made visible, apart from whom there is no God. We believe that at the final consummation of all things there will be only one God, and that will be our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Lord is our Healer (Exodus 15:26; Psalms 30:2-3). The Lord made our bodies. Should it be thought a thing incredible that He can heal us? With His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:4; Matthew 8:14-17; John 14:12; Mark 16:18; James 4:14).
The Translation of the Saints
We believe that the time is coming near for the coming of the Lord to make a change in the present order of things, and at that time all the righteous dead shall rise from the graves, and "we that are alive" and living righteous before God shall be translated or "caught up to meet the Lord in the air" (; Luke 17:20 and 37; 1 Corinthians 15:51 and 54; Philippians 3:20-21; 1 Thessalonians 4:13 and 17).
The Final Judgment
When the thousand years are finished there shall be a resurrection of the dead, who shall be summoned before the Great White Throne for their final judgement, all those whose names are not found written in the Book of Life shall be cast into the Lake of Fire, burning with brimstone, which God hath prepared for the devil and his angels. Satan being cast in first (Revelation 20:7-15; Matthew 24:41-46; Revelation 21:8).
